Water pumps are widely used in all walks of life in our country,and the promotion and use of water pumps largely depends on its performance.Many scholars and experts at home and abroad have made great progress in water pump performance testing and water pump equipment research and development,but they mainly use experience and theory to design water pumps.The design results must be tested before they can be popularized.Therefore,the level of water pump testing is high and low.,It plays a very important role in improving the design level of the pump and improving the performance of the pump.By reading relevant domestic and foreign literature,the thesis conducts in-depth research on the relevant principles and methods of water pump detection,and on this basis,designs a set of water pump detection virtual instruments based on the NI-LabVIEW platform,which integrates signal acquisition and sorting,Data fitting and other technologies can complete the detection of basic performance such as flow,shaft power,head,torque and other data of the pump,and test the cavitation margin and other data,and can generate real-time performance test reports.The paper uses sensors,microcomputers,data acquisition cards and other instruments to build a hardware platform for water pump testing.It uses LabVIEW to communicate with the data acquisition card to quickly and accurately collect performance parameters such as water head and flow rate.Through Lab VIEW and RS232 serial communication,the torque and Accurate collection of speed data.The overall software design is modular,and each function is written as a relatively independent subroutine module according to the test principle and test type.The main program includes the collection,processing,and storage functions of all key performance parameters of the pump,and the specific software parameter settings,data collection methods,data calculation formulas,etc.are written into each subroutine.At the same time,in order to ensure the accuracy of the software test data,the paper applies the curve fitting method to the measurement data processing.The innovations of this article are as follows:1.Through graphical language programming,data collection,curve fitting,report production and other functions can be realized.The software and hardware resources of the existing PC are used without adding new equipment.The amount of programming can be simplified,the development difficulty can be reduced,and the development cycle Can be shortened,cost can be saved.2.On the Lab VIEW platform,using a programming method with a multi-threaded parallel structure,the programming method is modular,and a high-efficiency software system has been developed.The software system is in terms of remote operation,efficiency improvement,interface display,and high scalability.Advantages.Through many field tests,the test results obtained by the method used in this study are compared with the previous research methods,and the results are as follows:the consistency of the pump performance test results is high,the pump performance curve fits well,and the function expression is relatively consistent.The performance judgment results are basically the same.The pump test system developed by the virtual instrument method has achieved the expected goal and can play a role in actual testing.It can be seen that the water pump detection virtual instrument based on the NI-LabVIEW platform has practical significance in testing the related performance of the water pump,and due to the high degree of openness of the system,other functional modules can be added,such as online water pump fault monitoring,noise and vibration monitoring alarms,etc.
