Fuel Injection Pump Test Computer The Amount Of Oil Installations

There are volatilization error, gas bubbles error , aggradation error and reading error in traditional locomotive diesel pump experiment equipment. This paper brings forward a new kind of pump test equipment for the large single line diesel fuel jet system. This pump test equipment can eliminate these errors. The equipment adopts concentrative and distributive control structure. The control of the equipment and the measurement of the test parameter are completely achieved by microcomputer system. As a result the equipment is radically different from former pump test equipment.This paper includes three parts. Firstly, it explains hardware and software design of the Positive piston Displacement metering unit in great detail. Secondly, it thoroughly narrates the circuit of the communication unit. Finally, it analyses the test data of the Positive Piston Displacement metering unit, and on the basis of the theory and data, concludes the method of improving the quality of the Positive Piston Displacement metering unit.
