Circulating Fluidized Bed Heat Computing Systems Research And Development

This paper is done with the project "General Boiler Thermal Calculation System" which is developed by Institute of Chemical Machinery of Zhejiang University and Wuxi Huaguang Boiler plant. "CFB Thermal Calculation System" is based on "General Boiler Thermal Calculation System" which not set the CFB Thermal Calculation System. In general, the research work of this paper includes: The software requirement and analysis of the CFB is done by the OOA method. The Calculation System include: CFB Thermal Calculation System object cognizance, attribute cognizance, configuration cognizance, objects service cognizance, CFB furnace objects and relation among of the objects. The software design of the CFB Thermal Calculation System is done with OOD method. As to CFB furnace objects and relation among of the objects, we put forward some ways, Bed-to-immersed object is set in the Suspension-to-Surface object, the Suspension-to-Surface object is set in Bed-to-immersed object. Apart lists in the Suspension-to-Surface manager some kinds of parts. The software programming of the CFB Thermal Calculation System is done with OOP method. By using the OOP technology we can deal with this software smoothly with output of OOA and OOD, and enhance the reusability and maintenance of this software. This paper researches the CFB Thermal Calculation System arithmetic. For the difference of the CFB furnace, the main work I study focus on the arithmetic of the CFB furnace including Bed-to-immersed and Suspension-to-Surface. I build the whole flow arithmetic of CFB based on the class library of "General Boiler Thermal Calculation System". The CFB Thermal Calculation System is realized successfully. It reuse the GUI(graphic user interface) of the "General Boiler Thermal Calculation System", added some items about CFB, study reusability and extensibility of the complicated software. By simulating two samples, The CFB Thermal Calculation System is test well.
