XX airborne anti-tank missile weapon system as the research background, the paper study the video signal concerned technologies, such as receiving, process, transmitting, controlling CCD electronic shutter and overlapping video reticule, through analyzing black-white TV signal, chip microcomputer and programmable logical device techniques. On the basis of these, a TV observation-aim circuit, which features small size, high aiming accuracy, stable operation, adoption of chip microcomputer, and easy for modification, function expansion as well as convenient adjustment, is developed. Through various tests, It is proved that the circuit is able to meet the requirements of the weapon system.
