In this paper, the designing and implementing of a certain electronic theodolite optoelectronic signal digital system are presented in detail. Basing on the anticipated target and designed requirement of the system, the paper brings forward the constitution of the system and the measure of angle, followed with the project picture of whole digital system. Then, according to this picture, the operation principle of the system is described and the acquisition and processing of the Moire Fringe grating signal are designed. The implement of this system is divided into hardware part and software part. The hardware part designs the signal-chip microcomputer control system and peripheral circuits. Combined with software, a new gate circuit for the distinguishing and subdividing of grating signal is advanced and realized. In software part, the grating signal is subdivided by the ADC of signal-chip microcomputer in order to satisfy the system qualification expected. At the same time, the software part shows the design thought of every module and each subprogram flow. Furthermore, the optimization technique is utilized and realized in the system design. Herein, the precision of reading data of the system we designed in this paper is up to 1′′ . At last, we analyze the errors of the system, and the software and hardware techniques to eliminate the errors and other anti-jamming methods are introduced.
