In a ship power station that have more than one generator, if the automation of the ship power station is expect to be carried out, we must contact each tache organically to constitute a total control system, which is used to collect and analyze information about the engine, generator, chopper, bus bar and main loads and make a judgment. The control system then adopts suitable measures under the appropriate condition in order to cope with all kinds of problems that may occur in the course of the operation of the ship power station, and make sure that the power system can run safely, reliably and economically.Taking the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the core device, it has very strong function and reliable performance. It is widely used in the automation of modern industry.This text introduces the adoption of Siemens S7-300 series PLC to carry out the method and step of the automation of the ship power station control. At the same time, the using method of the corresponding software SIMATIC Manager is also be introduced. In this design, it adopts the method of combining PC with the crew to realize the ship power station control. The crew uses the PLC to carry out the concrete control mission, and the PC uses the MCGS configurable software, providing the function of state display and alarm record and so on.Through analyzing the shipping power station (take two generator sets as an example), making statistics of the number of input/output, we carry on the hardware choose and configure. By analyzing, we propose the concrete control strategy to realize the function of the partial and the whole of the automatically control devices of the ship power station. According to the control strategy, we also complete the detailed design, including automatic start up, automatic paralleling, load regulation and design of the reactor, and so on. Each tache is divided into two parts: the hardware and the software, and we complete the corresponding debugging. |
