As a kind of transportation with complex mechanical structure,the automobile is assembled by the large parts and components,and the performance of the whole vehicle is directly related to the quality of its components.Transmission is an important component parts of the automobile transmission system;torque adjustable,adjust the speed and direction of adjusting the driving function of the vehicle driving force,speed and direction of travel can adapt to different working conditions;at the same time also makes the engine power play better.The performance of the transmission is directly related to the power,fuel economy,ride comfort and reliability of the car.The commercial vehicle transmission temperature and lubrication test bench based on R & D project to undertake,in the transmission bench test specification available,combined with the actual needs of enterprises,build a new control system for the test bench.First of all,the test project for the test stand and the functional requirements of test platform overall structure design and analysis,overall through feasibility analysis using PC LabVIEW and MCU PLC to build commercial vehicle transmission temperature and lubrication test bench control system case.Secondly,according to the temperature rise test requirements,establish parameters of the motor speed,inclination angle,platform measured transmission oil temperature test,combined with the requirements of test technology for the measured physical quantity sensor,signal conditioner and select the communication scheme,the reasonable selection of the physical quantity to be controlled electric cylinder,drive,drive motor,inverter,the scientific selection of the hardware of the control system,the electric cylinder selection and test bench motion control requirements,the test-bed model was built in ProE,based on the model of kinematics analysis in ADAMS,the number of travel by the electric cylinder and the driving force.To verify the selection of electric cylinder,to provide a reference for the electric cylinder motion control.Then according to the angle,temperature,speed acquisition device communication and signal format,write a real-time measurement and control platform of STEP7 MCU PLC electric cylinder motion control,motor speed and monitoring of angle angle measurement and control platform of biaxial program based on IPC,data acquisition,display,storage and signal processing and control system software set PC based on LabVIEW platform.The variable parameters and LabVIEW PLC in the shared variables associated with the use of OPC technology,developed a set of motion control,data acquisition and waveform display and control of commercial vehicle transmission temperature and lubrication test system as a whole.Finally,the whole set of measurement and control system is installed and debugged in the test site of the factory.After field test,the hardware and software of the test and control system are running well,and basically achieve the design goal.
