With the progress of science and technology and the development of country economy, increasingly, steel structure is widely used in many fields, such as bridges, high-rise buildings, gymnastic fields and steel-structured workshops, etc. As the main conjunctive mode of the steel structure, high-strengthened hexangular bolt joint auxiliary has got widely used in production.The coefficient of the bolt joint auxiliary torque coefficient is strictly requested to ensure not only the secure and dependable joint of steel-structured bolt joint auxiliary, but also the technical condition of high-strengthened hexangular bolt connective products and the fixing condition of steel structure construction. The mean of is torque coefficient should be 0.110~0.150, and the standard deviation should be less than or equal to 0.010. This will be tested by the producer before the products leave factory and the check-out certificate of the torque coefficient will be attached to each box of products. In addition, it is a compulsive prescript that the construction company should retest within the quality-guaranteed time limit.In this paper, the testing principle of the torque coefficient of steel-structured and high-strengthened hexangular bolt joint auxiliary was introduced, as well as the composition of the testing system and the function of each part. Pressured sensor, torsional sensor and electric spanner were selected reasonably; structural design and intensity calculation of machinery parts were also taken. In the paper, we designed the hardware circuits of the testing system, including sampling circuits, A/D switched circuits, keyboard circuits and display circuits, etc. We analyzed the capability of the data collection system and the serial communication principal of data transmission, as well as baud rate, sending and incepting, electric level conversion, etc. Issues such as the keyboard shockproof principal, the structure of numeral pipes, the way to control the disencoded keyboard and its interrupted inquirement were also discussed in this thesis. At the same time, the implement of software and the choice of instrument were dissertated in detail.Our testing system is available to the measure of bolts with different diameters and different lengths. To a certain extent, it is practical to most producers of bolt products and the steel-structured construction companies.
