In the subject, according to the joints problem in construction of steel structure of lightweight building, in order to further improve the connection between the square steel tube column and steel beam and rich node connection form, a kind of new type high strength bolted connection steel structure is put forward. Research in the subject a new high-strength anti-loosening bolt, the screw is not needed nut, steel plate is connected directly in joints connection. The connection mode is not only convenient for the rectangular steel tube column and steel beam but also can be adapted to joint connection of any section forms.In this paper, the main research content:by research the new bolt connection bolt static test and theory,puts forward a bolt structure suited to the engineering application and gives shear bearing capacity calculation method of new type high strength bolt, provides the basis for design and research for the further new all bolt connection node.Reference to existing nodes in the form of research methods and the main damage forms of bolt bearing, combined with the existing experimental conditions, the whole bolt connection bolt endplate combination of form and size are determined. With veneer of four kinds of processing technology (thread cutting, cutting, screw extrusion and hot melt quenching drill) and composite panels considering axial compression and flexure for influencing factors,28group (204) of sample tests were made to analyzed the bearing capacity of the specimens with ordinary steel plate as a nut bolt. By test, the measured damage when loading of the bolt connection form of load and displacement of specimen deformation under the load F and S data, and the experiment phenomenons are detailed recorded. Combined with the test phenomena, the bolt connection damage characteristics and the compressive strength of the specimens were analyzed.The research showed that:the veneer bolt bearing capacity with the increase of thickness increased significantly and the screw extrusion process is relatively ideal processing way; under the condition of the bolt of the same diameter, bolt bearing capacity increases with increasing thickness of composite slab, but after the combination of thickness to16mm (threaded ring number close to8), the growth trend of bearing capacity slow; with the existence of the flexural deformation the bearing capacity of composite slab is reduced8.2%-19.7%,the growth trend of bearing capacity slow; the quality of the composite plate processing technology has a significant influence on the bolt bearing capacity. The formula for calculating the mechanical parts’strength "can be in the related formula, Fb=Qpr=πd1k4Lkmτnr, amended, used to calculate the new bolt connection bolt compressive strength.This paper also gives suggestions about all related construction demands and made for a new bolt connection.
