The paper processes maths modeling and C++ OOD design of protection equipmentby relay protection frndamental and DTS emluator characteristic. The paper analysesexcellent characteristic of fixed value judge method and logic judge method and sets uptheirs maths modeling using to part protection's simulator, and puts forward a newsimulator mothed --amelioration method to overcome shortcoming of the quantitativejudging method and the logic judge method. The three motheds singly are used to lineprotection, bus protection ,transformer protection and generator protection of DTS andsets up material protection models in allusion to every protetion. The paper sets uptransfer approach and concertion for data and information of DTS modules, especiallyto unite debugging with dynamic data libraries. The paper checks up programs'characteristic ulteriorly and perfects programs.
