Based On The Priority Sequence Of Processes Instances Capp Strategy And Its Key Technologies

How to make use of precious process planning data in CAPP fully is one of the key issues of CAPP strategy. According to the character of process planning and the actuality of CAPP application, a new strategy based on preferential operation series case is presented for CAPP. By means of analysing a great deal process routing cases, the strategy applies history process data to design process of new parts with data mining technology used in discovering process knowledge.Firstly, decision-making process of the strategy based on preferential operation series case is expatiated, and then two decision-making methods are discussed in detail. They are decision-making method based on typical process route cases and decision-making method based on preferential operation series segment cases.Secondly, the method and the steps of process planning data pretreatment is introduced and the process information standardization is discussed. Then the object-oriented process data organize model is presented and a flexible operation coding method aimed at the strategy is also developed.Finally, two core algorithms of the strategy are studied thoroughly.1) How to analyze the clustering of process route applying the hierarchical cluster analysis.2) How to discover preferential operation series segment adopting Apriori algorithm in association rules.The strategy based on preferential operation series case can provide a reference to process routing of a new part in whole, and can realize the associated operation series in the process planning automatically. The CAPP strategy in this paper is feasible and common and can help to improve the process design in the aspects of high speed, automation and standardization.
