Nowadays more and more people come to share the commonsense about testsystem of higher speed and smaller volume. Integrated test system based onCompactPCI structure is consistent with this development.Based on the military project "ATC electronic devices integrated testing systembased on CompactPCI structure"carried by UESTC, this paper focuses on the designof power meter and frequent counter model.Paper details the measurement of carrier signal in radio frequence and peakpower and design of sample circuit, magnification circuit, attenuation circuit, and soon.The paper discuss a base architecture of the whole function, and shows thehardware components and software solutions. It focuses on the design of frequentreduction, pulse power demodulation, the interface of CompactPCI bus, adjustmentof frequency and power and driving program with Windriver ,applicant programwith Lab Windows/CVI.At present, power meter and frequent counter model has passed the finalizedproduct inspection. It proves that the design in this thesis is feasible and practicable.
