| With the rapid development of wind power in China,the peak regulation pressure of power system is also increased while improving environmental benefits.At present,more than 20 provinces in China have started the operation of peak shaving auxiliary service market,but the rules are different.It is necessary to study different market models.Based on the operation rules of peak shaving ancillary service market in various provinces of China,this paper takes different market models as the research object,and focuses on the improvement of wind power accommodation effect and the interests of market players under different market models,aiming at exploring new ideas of peak shaving ancillary service market to promote wind power accommodation in China in the future.Firstly,the deep peak shaving,load rate,peak shaving rate and other issues in the peak shaving auxiliary service market are studied in depth.Detailed analysis of thermal power units,hydropower units,nuclear power units in the peak shaving market with peak shaving ability and role in the peak shaving market,as well as China ’ s current and trial operation of peak shaving auxiliary service implementation rules and market operation process,and points out that China ’ s current and trial operation of peak shaving auxiliary service market can be divided into two categories : spot market mode and service compensation mode.Secondly,based on the classification of peak shaving auxiliary service market,the clearing model and settlement model are established for spot market mode and service compensation mode,respectively.The effectiveness of the model for promoting wind power accommodation and stimulating peak shaving of units is verified by numerical simulation.Taking the maximization of social welfare as the evaluation standard,the economic efficiency of different market models is compared.At the same time,Pareto efficiency theory is used to analyze the improvement of earnings(profits)of various market entities by different market models,and the advantages and disadvantages of different market models are compared.In view of the false peak shaving,some suggestions are put forward.Finally,considering the increase of wind power output and the serious shortage of peak shaving resources,it is necessary to start and stop the peak shaving of thermal power units.Considering the start and stop costs,the spot market model and service compensation model are modeled respectively.The branch and bound algorithm is used to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the proposed start-stop peak regulation model for promoting wind power consumption is verified.The advantages,disadvantages and scope of application of two kinds of start-stop peak regulation market models for improving the interests of market subjects are analyzed. |
