According to the characteristics of Gansu power grid,the relationship between the system peaking capacity and the power supply mode of large-scale new energy access is studied deeply.According to the conventional control strategy of thermal power unit,the factors influencing the rapid regulation and deep peaking of the unit power are analyzed,A set of real-time calculation and characterization system and method for the design of a set of double-inlet and double-out coal-fired boiler into the furnace coal are needed to solve the problem of difficulty in accurately measuring and characterizing the coal into the furnace.To overcome the inaccuracy of the air volume measurement and the poor capacity of the damper Factors,and can achieve the mill start,stop and normal operation under the conditions of the full amount of fuel under the precise control for the coordination of such units to provide precise control of the basis;Based on the existing direct energy balance(DEB)control strategy and the advanced control theory,a direct energy balance method(DEB)coordinated control system based on nonlinear control and fuzzy control theory is proposed.And designed to consider the variable load rate,variable load width,different load segments and other factors of variable load intelligent acceleration signal,improve,optimize the unit AGC control,coordination control strategy to improve the unit rapid adjustment and peak shaving depth capability,and in the typical The unit carried out the test verification;Finally,the main control strategy of the current thermal power unit is optimized,and the control strategies such as the correction of the main steam pressure,the correction of the load section,the correction of the valve flow characteristics and the correction of the single / quasi-valve are added and put into practice to realize the power load The rapid response of the change and the requirements of the depth of peaking,the safe and stable operation of Gansu power grid has practical significance.
