The software system of Rapid Prototyping and the material for Rapid Prototyping are the main component of Rapid Prototyping Technology.On base of the project design of the control software which has achieved by fore people, this paper introduced the design principle and implement of modules. By the way of adjusting the function from EPCIO Series function library directly, rewrote the procedure of the machining module simplified and improved the whole procedure. The experiment showed that the result of prototyping was almost accordance with the designed pictures, namely the system could transfer CAD figure into fixed solidified shape automatically and precisely. When the line speed reached 50mm/s above, the breadth of prototyping line was almost the same as the diameter of the laser beam. This line speed and the size and form of the 2 dimension slice exerted an influent on the prototyping precision.Based on the character of SLA, this paper stated on the ingredients of photocurable resin and the photo curable theory. Besides, this paper also introduced the appliance for oligomers, reactive diluents, photoinitiators. By choosing EA, PUA, TPGDA, EO-TMOTA as the main ingredients which were suitable to energic chip making, selecting a series of photocurable resins , the peel-back strength of the photocurable membrane was tested on the different substrates. Then the influence on adhesion of oligomers, reactive diluents and substrates was analyzed. The result shows that when the content of EA, TPGDA was higher, the adhesion of the photocurable membrane on the china substrate would be stronger.
