| As we know, the given quality feeding system, a practical technology, are widely applied to metallurgy industry, chemical industry, cement and foodstuff industry. In this paper, based on PLC control technology, a kind of given quality feeding system, witch found on rotor feeder, corcolis solid flow-meter and torque sensor, is developed.This paper first analyses the mechanical part of the given quality feeding system. Their structure and operating principle are introduced. The corcolis measure theory of solid flow-meter is introduced emphatically. It has special excellence and is an advanced flow measure device.The search of control system expatiates the transfer functions of each tache in brief. In this paper, the traditional PC system is replaced by PLC control system; the disadvantages of PC system are solved, such as complexity of software development process, low ration precision, inconvenient operation and indirect view. PC is the high level computer and PLC is the low level computer. PC uses the serial communication component of the visual programmed software VB. This paper discusses how to realize the serial communication by way of PLC free port and build the real time monitor control system. The control program of PLC mainly realizes PID control of analog quantity. Besides, it covers instantaneous flow, material flow accumulative total, etc. PLC control program is designed by ladder figure programmable software.This control system has a visual, friendly user interface. This has made the work easier and can be applied extensively in the process of bulk material's given quality feeding control. |
