Environment and energy are two main problems the present world being deeply puzzled by.In the world wide,from the most direct angle,the development of economy and society are promoted by the application and exploit of engineering technology.The radical starting point of research and exploit of engineering technology is that satisfy the desire of the development of this realistic world ,the same time,consider how to protect the environment.Saving energy and utilization of clean environment—friendly energy is the direction of way of using energy in engineering application.Around the world ,in the area of refrigeration and air—conditioning technology, exploit of refrigeration technology that are environment—friendly and energy—saving are the most important trend.And such a way of research and exploit is a basic starting point of new refrigeration and air—conditioning technology.So this dissertation designs a solar—powered continualy cooling style solid adsorption refrigerator,and by numerical method simulates the adsorption bed as a cricial component of the whole refrigerator. The design of continualy cooling style solid adsorption refrigerator can expand the application sphere of adsorption refrigeration,though there are still some difficulty such as stability and high economical investment and so on,by the way of developing and accumulating of technology,elaborating the advantage,and utilizing solar energy and other clean environment—friendly energyjt can be widely applicated in the air—conditioning of building and other correspondent areas in large scale,in fact presently highly consuming and environment polluting energy form are mainly used in these areas.Adsorption refrigeration is driven by thermal,and need not very high temperature driven thermal,so it is an idea energy—saving and environment—protecting refrigeration technology style. For using solar energy ,there are not any resource cost,on the other hand,the hot weather is just the time that the solar radiation is strong which can just be used as driven thermal.These too characteristic determine the advantage and priority of solar energy. Intermittent characteristic of adsorption refrigeration is a limitation of its large—scale application. Large—scale application could be realized by the research and exploit of the technology of solar—powered continualy cooling style solid adsorption refrigeration,and have special energy—saving and environment—protecting implication.By decomposing and combining in systematical method,the design in this dissertation forms the continualy cooling effect which the continualy cooling style solid adsorption refrigeratior demand,and the every sub—system of the entire refrigeratior system.The design become more clear,intact,overall and consistent.This dissertation provides detail analysis of every running state of the refrigerator,and according to such an analysis,designs the automatic system which formed by the open and close of the valves,so the running of the refrigerator can be realized.By the detail analysis of Adsorptive refrigeration theory cycle,there forms the running way of the every sub—system of refrigeratior,composing of the entire system,chosing of the style of the pipe and component , determining of the computation equations,and so on.After these work,further more,more concrete computation and drawing of designing paper could be done,and prototype could be produced.This dissertation simulates the dynamic varying of the temperature and pressure of the adsorption bed as a cricial component of the whole refrigerator by numerical method.Detail computating method analysis of heat—transfering equation group in the form of discretization inevery stage of the adsorptive refrigeration cycle is provided.There also provides the detail method of writing the FORTRAN program for getting the numerical simulation results in every corresponding cycle stage.The numerical simulation program written by this method could be used as a general program.The formation of heat—transfering equation group in every stage is on the basis of detail analysis of heat—transfering course of adsorption bed,and it adopts the first boundary condition which is more correspondent to the exact course.Starting by analyzing and deducing under the simplest—discretization—model and then extending the outcome to the general model to get the general heat—transfering equation group with the discretization form ,such a way is more clear and convienientThe simulation part of the dissertation is a sort of simulation which focus on the design of the refrigeratior,it is very different with the simulation which purpose is testing the performance of a presented machine.The exact running of the refrigerator is according to the entire cycle ,not by only one stage ,for such a reason ,this dissertation builds intact heat—transfering equation group including every stage,according to the adsorptive cycle which already determined the design parameter. The intact heat—transfering equation group can reflect the engineering reality.The results of the simulation is the foundation of optimization and regulation of the design.The mathematical model in this dissertation is the one which reflects dynamic varying systematically and completely in theory on the basis of elaborated analysis of heat—transfering and thermodynamics.The design demands complete and deep understanding of the complicated system state in the running refrigerator,so this dissertation gives detail analysis of the varying of temperature and pressure in the adsorption bed in every stage.and determines design parameter qf every state point which demanded by the design according to the cycle.Most main issue of adsorption refngeration are involved in this dissertation.The dissertation strives to let the simulation and design be more elaborated and detail,and the deducing in this dissertation is step by step very carefully. To resemble adsorption refrigeration in other forms or other engineering application issue that involve energy transfering ,there is general preference implication.
