With its development, the referred design are also evolved. Nowadays energy saving craft of coal fired boiler district heating is overt lagging, especially the steam condensate recollect technology, used simple recollect craft or no recollect craft, the energy is wasting largely.Referring to the problem , high temperature steam utilize in condensate recollect craft & flash vaporization loss & the drainer's installation and choosing & pump's cavitations, has happened in the Jining Medical Collage's heating system, advanced energy saving technology is provided.Furthermore, based on analyzing thermodynamic measurement, we can find that the design style of furnace effect energy saving greatly, unreasonable furnace arch design and different materials used in boiler influence boiler efficiency largely, draft style as well. At last, a reasonable design example is given.
