| The flood of Yellow river has been thought of the most frightful calamity in history. The flowage can reach north to Jingu and south to Jianghuai, bringing huge tragedy to people who live in Huanghuai area. Concerning the problems caused by flood of Yellow river, our country has devoted much labor and material resources to repair the dike and renovate the river way (watercourse). The project of river way is the most important part for the one of controlling the Yellow river. Root Stone is the most essential part of dam, buttress and retaining wall. It is of high importance to know distributing information of root stone to protect the safety of dam, buttress and retaining wall.It has been a long time since the technology of root stone exploration has remained a big puzzle for controlling the flood of downriver area. Usually root stone can be found under feculent water. For large content of sands in the Yellow River, the situation changes rapidly and the shape of water flowing changes quickly. Thus, the stones which have already threw in are often been buried under the layer of silt. For years, the situation of root stone under water has been fully relying on manpower ? evaluation, which although is quite simple, intuitionistic, low required and easy to master, it also has many disadvantages such as thin scope, low speed, high difficulty. At the same time, above-water evaluation work has certain fatalness. Therefore it is unable to meet the requirement of flood control safety. As a result, it's the very time to strengthen the anti-flood construction, and find a valid way to resolve the detection of root stone.First of all, the thesis introduces the current studying situation of root stone in the technology of detection, and analyses the characteristics of traditional detection and the defects remaining in the practical detecting process. With this system, robot technology was introduced to study the detecting mechanism of root stone, in this way, people developed a kind of highly automatic, efficient, secure, simple and practical detecting mechanical arm of root stone used for protecting the dam on the river. Dueto the character of ultrasonic which can pass through river and silt layer, and clearly reflect the interface of river, silt and root stone, we measure the root stone by installing ultrasonic launch-receive detector at the end of mechanical arm and by the horizontal activity made by the energy-changing machine which is controlled by the mechanical arm.Secondly, we analyze the distribution of root stone with managing the image. In the second chapter, the constitution and theory of horizontal localizing system of mechanical arm is introduced. We adopt singlechip to simulate GPS receiving unit to obtain the information of geographical coordinate of the detected location; and then, the detector delivers the distribution information of root stone in detected location to PC machine in the way of bunch-communication. In the third chapter, a method to deal with image with small-wave switch based on traditional image treatment is put forward. We get the surface break drawing with noise treatment, edge testing and interface identification. In the last chapter, with the analysis of large quantity of testing data, we recognize the result that this system can well differentiate the interface distribution of water and silt, silt and root stone, which provides reliable approval for establishing flood prevention project; meanwhile, obviously improves the technical standards and validity in preventing flood and dealing with emergency. |
