Since the 1980's, the applications of high-rise building are gradually increasing at the urban construction. It is founded that the high-rise building banded the transfer storey occupied about 80% of all the high-rise building. Because of the need of the building Structure form, the Structure member of the transfer storey also presented the characteristics of the diversity, but the transfer member of the type of the beam and plate accounted for about 90% of the transfer storey Structure. According to the thorough research of the total number of storey of high-rise building Structure total of the transfer storey Structure, the location of the transfer Structures,, the form of the Transfer Structure member, the method of timbering of the transfer structure under construction, the material of the transfer structure and so on, the paper researched the common matters encountered under the construction of the transfer storey about the type of the beams and the plate.Because the transfer storey Structure is the changed part of the path of the loads delivered, so the figures of the transfer member (beam, slab) is mostly hug, the abnormal design decided the complexity of the construction technique. According to the research method of connection of the theories and the practice, synthesized the construction experiences of the transfer storey of the city of zhengzhou and others, the paper researched the transfer storey from the four aspects: First, according to the inquiry of many projects and the practice of the some concrete engineering, the paper gave out the process flow diagram of the steel bars( Rolled Steel Shapes) of the transfer storey under construction through the application of the method of the induction and the generalization of the standard craft is expected. The paper has also researched the problems raised easily in the installation of the rolled steel shapes reinforced concrete structures. Secondly, according to the observation in the spot and many studies of the engineering cases, the paper defined the construction of the mass concrete of the transfer storey , gave out the definition of the construction of the mass concrete and analyzed the control of the temperature cracking of the mass concrete in use of the autostressing.Again, according to the study of the common support system under the construction of the transfer storey, the paper have studied the construction craft of the method of the suspend module and gave out the detailed method that is expected to get the generalization. Finally, according to the common five term yardsticks used under construction of the transfer storey, the paper made use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and gave the decision method about the selection of the brace system.The paper founded out some profit conclusion through the study of the construction techniques and the method of decision about the transfer storey, In particular, the paper summarized the abundance experiences of the construction of the transfer storey according to some concrete engineering that is expected to have some action for the design and construction of the analogy structures.
