This research expounds the seismic designs basis and design method of the structure performance,which is a major research topic for the seismic engineering scholars in China and foreign countries in recent years.Scholars at home and abroad have made deep research on steel concrete composite structure damping,the installation of how to rationally and effectively to achieve the best damping effect is the focus of the study.The north and south sides of this project is the 18 storey Twin Towers type frame shear wall structure.The middle of the Twin Towers is a composite structure of 6 layers of steel reinforced concrete structure.The following work has been done:1)The basic way of seismic control in composite structure and control principle,through comparing influence of the pure frame structure and steel structure project arrangement on the seismic response.2)Four arrangement schemes are designed on the basis of the model,and the viscous dampers are installed at different locations and on different basis.Finally,the damping effect of different numbers of dampers is compared.3)Through the time history analysis of different layout of input seismic waves and severe seismic analysis of the structure under the action of inter layer displacement,the inter layer displacement and inter layer shear force,the top displacement and acceleration value is compared to discuss the effect of damping energy result and plan.The research shows that the reasonable arrangement of damping should be combined with the dynamic characteristics of the structure itself and the deformation characteristics.The damper can not only be arranged on the part of floors,but also avoid the structural rigidity and the load carrying capacity.The upper damper of the structure should be arranged where stiffness is strong because structural stiffness can absorb seismic energy,which makes more efficient in energy dissipation damper;the lower damper of the structure should be arranged where stiffness is weak.
