Precision Temperature Test Equipment Calibrator

Temperature Testing Equipment is mainly used to test reliability of electric and electronic products. Its purpose is to find out disfigurement of products in designing and manufacturing, and estimate whether the tested products reach related technical standard and product criterion. There are many temperature circling and calibrating equipment and automatic temperature field testing systems, but all of them have certain loopholes and are expensive.This paper discusses the conception of a carry-home high precision temperature equipment verification device based on a MSC1210 single chip computer. The device samples temperature signal by temperature sensor, standard platinum resistance and thermocouple, and realize multi-channel temperature meterage by controlling relay switch. The result be sent and displayed on LCD.The device can be used not only by itself but also in company with computer. The verification software can control the device to finish temperature testing equipment verification, including of data processing and certificate printing, thus lightening the workload of verification personnel.With a demand of high accuracy, the device takes a 24-bit ADC to ensure precision of temperature measuring. Self-calibration adopted in the device increases precision and decreases cost.
