In order to keep the economic sustainable development, many countries haveconsidered developing renewable energies, such as wind, as a method to protectenvironment and optimize energy structure, and made preferential policies to encourage thedevelopment of renewable energy. Wind power planning is a key step to develop gridconnected wind power plants.This subject has explained basic theories of the wind andwind energy resource.It has carried on more overall and deep studying to the method oflarge-scale wind-power electricity generation field choosing and relevantcontents ,including Chinese latest method of field choosing ,American method of fieldchoosing , and comparative analysis of two kinds of methods. Wind resource assessing ,field location choosing and feasibility analysis of the electric field of 50000 KW have beenfinished on this basis.Shortage that aim at the large windmill field in developments in earlier period in ourcountry, adopt the international ascending the standard that go through with the methodfor some company in Inner Mongolia 50000 kilowatt windmill field developmentsoffering according to. The study′s data the very first time adopting NationalAeronautics and Space Administration in the United States ( NASA) in the databaseresources proceeds the ex-period of the wind resources takes the gauge of and obtainedthe good result.Pass the above related research, become the special method in oneself.In conlusion, I hope the results of this subject can provide the corresponding theoryreference and the technical support to our country large-scale wind-power electricitygeneration construction.
