With the wind farm construction and access,the safety and stability of power grid has also been challenged by uncertainty of wind power.In order to reduce the volatility of wind power and cut back the output traditional power generation,an idea that building a mixed energy storage system,including the traditional high energy density batteries,and high-power density units such as EDLC(electrochemical double layer capacitor),was put for-ward in recent years.In this paper,a multi-objective optimization model considering economic and environmental benefits is established by proposing the evaluation method of wind power timing fluctuation and a method for mixed energy storage system to compensate the wind power forecasting error.Based on the model,both energy storage's characteristics and advantages were verified,which would play a certain guiding role in the planning of electric power transmission and wind farm.Based on the conclusion,this paper based on the idea of local power dissipation and cross-district consumption,a method considering both configuring the energy storage system and extending the existing power network to enhance the wind power consumption channel is adopted.Based on the data of wind power and load,the temporal and spatial characteristics of running scenes are extracted by fuzzy clustering method.An improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve this problem,and a multi-objective optimization model for expansion planning is proposed.The feasibility of the scheme is verified in terms of cost,power loss and wind curtailment,which provides a reference for the decision of wind power consumption.The validity of the proposed model is proved by the results of the numerical examples.The first example shows the necessity of considering the uncertainty of wind power during planning,and the hybrid energy storage works with efficiency considering uncertainty.The second example shows the source-grid planning is a considerable way to solve the coupling problem during expanding planning with higher safty and lower cost.
