As the key component of piston reciprocation compressor, crankshaft falls under rather complicated load during the process of high-speed motion. And their static & dynamic characteristics exert great impact on the holistic capability of the compressor. Employing crankshaft of some certain compressor as its subject, this paper will cover the following contents: (1) thermodynamic theory of compressor and dynamic analysis of crank-connecting rod; (2) establishing three-dimension solid model of this type of compressor via the software I-DEAS according to the parts design drawing and assembling requirements; (3) setting up simulation model of crank- connecting rod via the software ADAMS, and through kinematics and dynamics simulation, obtaining curves of air force, force loaded on the crank and so on, and thus confirming the dangerous situations of crankshaft; (4)getting crankshaft mode of different circumstances by means of its dynamic research; (5)obtaining safety coefficient of stress concentration through finite element method calculation on the static and fatigue strength; (6)finite element calculation on model and static strength of the quality-reduced crankshaft and feasible analysis of quality subtraction .Through the above-mentioned research, this paper obtains some useful data that become the reference to the crankshaft production and optimization.
