In this paper, the high-speed top simulation device has been improved; the relationship of the ballistic condition and high-speed top simulation device has been made; controlling system has been upgraded and a friend interface has been build up; a new missile-borne memory has been developed; the test of missile-borne mechanism motion has been done using two test method and some important parameter have been obtained; the time of fuze rotor movement would be shortened depending on the accelerating of the rotate speed, which clarify the confusion that the springe of fuze rotor movement was foreign to the rotate speed; the research fruit will influence the design and test method of fuze security system deeply and get a important method which can be used in the design, test and fault diagnose of the missile-borne mechanism.
