Aimed at the situation of present missile borne millimeter wave radiometer development, test in process, high experimental expense and long time, the thesis is combined with the actual research project to launch an in-depth study for borne millimeter wave radiometer semi physical simulation.Based on the analysis missile borne millimeter wave radiometer basic principle, the thesis established the metal armor target echo signal equivalent analysis model and determined the test system overall program. Furthermore, it also analyzed and calculated the key modules main parameters of microwave camera obscura, a signal control module and noise sources.According to the analysis and calculation of parameters, the thesis completed the design of radio obscura implementation, the hardware design and soft program which is based on signal processer’s control panel of TMS320F2812. It realized the simulation projectile and target intersection which was via the connected system test, used C language to complete the signal process and control software and combined with signal simulator and NC attenuator.Compared with the different types of noise source, it determined the noise source design according to the project requirements. Through the analysis and calculation of the millimeter-wave avalanche diode performance and noise source waveguide, it completed the design of the system key model----Ka-band solid state noise source.With the project acceptance, the overall degugging connected test was completed. The design of modules was reached the requirements of the test system.
