In this paper, based on much literature, the power assemblies of NJ1063 and NJ1038 made in NanQi have been deeply researched and optimized. Rational selection of power assembly mounting system can remarkably reduce vibration of power assembly and vehicle. It can improve the riding comfort very much.According to the measure of trilinear torsion pendulum and mechanical vibration theory, the power assembly's parameters of NJ1063 and NJ1038 are acquired accurately. On the basis of distributing the natural frequency rationally, this paper has optimized the power assembly mounting system applying the decoupling of stiffness. Having set up the dynamic model in ADAMS, this paper uses the method of vibration mode analysis to study the isolating ability of the mounting system. In the model, the bearing and girder of the power assembly mounting system have been transformed to the flexibility. It uses to simulate more exactly.
