Along with the development of the society and the enhancement of the level of people's life, the demand of more large space is more and more urgent in industry and civil constructions. The use of long-span prestressed concrete floor makes it possible that the realization of large space and the prestressing exerts the potential effectively. And now the applications of long-span prestressed concrete floor becomes more universal in actual projects and acknowledge of the capacity of the structure effects directly the rationality of the structure design and even the safety of people's live and the cost of the structure. The research of the capacity of long-span prestressed concrete floor can analyze the rational form and the existent problem, provides the gist for the practice of engineering.This paper is based on the long-span prestressed concrete floor of ZZICEC, adopts the large universal finite element program and discusses the following several aspects.Firstly, according to different modes of load's transformations, adopts three different structure layout style and five different material structure layout style, their names are main and junior beam layout style, junior beam layout style and cross beam layout style and then analyzes different structure layout styles. Through the analysis and compare of the capability of different structure layout styles the conclusion is reached that for the structure of such floor the cross beam layout style is superior.Secondly, a three-dimensional finite model of a complicated structure is founded by large universal finite element program. The prestressing force was considered by the equivalent load method and the line shape was the common parabola and line shape. The load consists of dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake load. The load combination considers eight different conditions and the statical and dynamical performance were analyzed.Thirdly, as for the temperature fissure of the long-span prestressed concrete floor of ZZICEC, this paper found the whole finite element model and consider fourdifferent temperature load combinations and get the performance of temperature load. To avoid the temperature fissure's emergence the paper simulate the method of setting the post-cast. The method can suspend the maximum of temperature stress.Finally, as to the long-span prestressed concrete floor supported by the concrete cylinder at two side and the column at middle, the stiff concrete wall will effect the application of prestressing force. To make this question clear this paper found the large finite element model and analyzes the performance of the floor at different condition. Through the analysis the conclusion was drawn that the stiff cylinder has influence on the floor.
