This paper aimed to design the structure of large span roof type selection and application,the selection of Large-span roof,not only affects the building and structure,but also causes certainly influence in comfort when people walk on the concrete roof.Both from the importance of structure safety and construction of economy,the cast-in-place concrete floor should be rationally designed and calculated,the technical and economic indexes of the whole building will bring huge benefits.For large span cast-in-situ concrete floor design is Paramount.So technical performance and economic performance analysis is very important based on local long-span cast-in-place concrete floor.For a local lack of columns to form large span roof,this paper studies ordinary concrete well of roof,prestressed concrete well of roof and steel reinforced concrete well of roof.Take a single local frame structure as the basic model,column spacing is 6 mx6 m,7.2 mx7.2 m,8.4mx8.4m three span structure,because lack of the middle column,structure is making large span roof structure about 18mx18 m,21.6mx21.6m,25.2mx25.2m where load roof structure,ordinary people roof and roof garden three different condition,through to compare deflection ? cracks ? bending moment and analysis of economic performance,preliminary select the better project.For single local makes little sense to overall seismic performance analysis of large span structure,the final structure be carried on seismic performance of structure analysis and dynamic time history analysis,to ensure that the structure of the seismic performance of the whole structure of stability and calculate the cross type beams which are connected to the frame column when the earthquake is coming,and then to determine whether to achieve “strong column and weak beam ”,“no collapse under strong earthquake”,and the whole structure under the function of specific will be evaluated the comfortable of floor.
