| In this paper, the hydraulic driving system matching problem of 160ph hydrostatic bulldozer was studied, based on the fruits of hydrostatic bulldozer research group, by the studying of matching between the engine and hydraulic and the matching between the hydraulic and the load. Via experiment means, studied the practical working status of the sample machine. This paper also studied the driving system static and dynamic response characteristics under step-load and sine-load by the way of simulation, with the help of AMESim software. This paper gave out the reasonable matching parameters, the component permitted pressure determining the maximal load matching method of hydrostatic bulldozer, and the calculate way focusing on the angle power. Comparing the practical working status with the perfect ones, this paper pointed out that the weight and pressure was not reasonable, the parameters should be changed, this paper gave out the amended project at the same time. The simulation results made clear that the amended sample machine had a better response characteristic than the old. This paper affirmed the feasibility of the anterior work, established the base of more upswings. At the same time, it was a good guidance of the same kind of hydrostatic bulldozer. |
