Static hydraulic bulldozer has stepless speed regulation, smooth transmission, compact structure,small volume,light weight, offers flexible,easy to realize intelligent and remote control, etc advantages as to the traditional mechanical and hydraulic type bulldozer.It represents the future bulldozers development direction.Currently, foreign intelligent static hydraulic bulldozers technology has developed. As intelligent bulldozers research’s core link, driving control system has monoplied by foreign countries. Our country in static hydraulic bulldozers aspects of development started very late. Recent years, the institutes and the manufacturer’s unremitting efforts and made some achievements. But compared with foreign products, there were some problems such as transmission system matching unsatisfactory, playability is not strong, overall efficiency is low needed to solve.In this paper, firstly, we introduced the hydraulic transmission system and work device hydraulic system’s principle. Then, according to the characteristics of hydrostatic driving control system, it is concluded that the electro-hydraulic proportional control static hydraulic bulldozers transmission scheme. Based on the machine integration control concept, and fully considering bulldozers working environment and performance requirements. It is concluded the PLC controller as the main controller of control system. In order to coordinate each branch system’s control, guarantee the machine efficiency of the system, design the machine control system diagram. Researched to the driving control system which as the static hydraulic bulldozers core system, parameters matching and component selection method. Taking100HP static hydraulic bulldozers for specific research object, to make selection calculation for driving system components. In order to validate matching method and the control strategy’s correctness, we analysed the dynamic response of the bulldozer’s starting, braking, rapid driving, load increasing gradually, load step change, motor quantitative through simulation model of driving control system established in AMESim software system and carried out traction experiments for the system in the hydraulic experiment. Of course, there are some areas for improvement.The contents of this paper is a part of static hydraulic bulldozer’s research which taken simulation and experiment methods. It as a matting for the futher studies on static hydraulic bulldozers.
