The base's load stress and the base's thermal stress of asphalt pavement with porous concrete base are calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method in this paper, and the influence of correlated factors ,such as surface course's thickness, base's thickness and modulus, foundation's modulus, is analyzed. The load stress, the thermal stress and the coupled stress of asphalt pavement with the location of joint of porous concrete base are calculated and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element method in this paper. Both flow's regime and drainage's process in the base are analyzed, and installation spots of drainage system are illustrated , and computation method of permeable base's minimum thickness value is showed. A probabilistic method of structure design of asphalt pavement with porous concrete base is put forward. Integrating with stress analysis, structural computation and drainage analysis, minimum thickness value of porous concrete base is calculated; Based on the analysis of reflective cracking occurrence and development, the reasonable thickness of asphalt surface can be found.
