Mudstone Cutting Slope Failure Mechanism Research And Prevention Measures

According to Structural-faces Cybernetics,this paper firstly analyzed the deformation and failure mechanism of the shale cutting slope; At the same time, on basis of the relationship among the preponderant structural faces and air faces in shale cutting slope,divided shale cutting slope into many types and put forward five deformation and failure patterns,they are same-inclined slope's cut-sliding failure and Outburst failure, counter-inclined and sub-vertical stratified slope's bending and fracturing failure, aclinic slope's press-caused sliding failure and slanting structural faces slope's wedged-shape sliding failure. Secondly,some theoretical formulae about stability evaluation are developed on foundation of these kinds of deformation mechanism and corresponding failure patterns. Thirdly, through analysed the mechanism of the prestressed cable in prevent shale slope failure, design of prestressed cable is optimized. Finally, the results obtained is efficaciously validated in discussing a real example .
