The application of concrete in highway pavement is confined because it has many shortcoming such as high brittleness, low wearability and corrosivity. Dasing polymer into concrete can improve its road performance and thus is an excellent meas.Based on the investigation of cement concrete pavement in Huizhou district and inquiry of chemical market of Guangdong province, the paper systemly and full-scaly studies the mechanics behavior, the durality and the microstructure of the PPC through many theoretical analysises and tests. The main contents and results are as follows:1. Research on the mechanics behaviours systematically. The mechanics behaviours of the PPC are improved with the increase of the mix capacity of the polymer. And PPC graduate to a flexible material.2. Research on the durability and analyzed the effective fact. Compared to the concrete, the durability of PCC is obviously improved. The degree of improved is enhanced with the increase of the mix capacity of the polymer.3. The microstructure of the PPC is analyzed through SEM and mercury infection method and the modified machine of the PPC is studied.
