Clogging Mechanism And Prevention Of The Engine Fuel Filter Contamination Study

The paper studyes the filter pollution jam mechanism and the measures of the engine fuel oil system;analyses the common filter principle the main function parameter together with the filter precision selecting principle.In this paper, the paramerer test result of the main contaminants is analysesed.lt puts forward a inferential basis for studying part wear of fuel oil and pollution sensitivity in lab, according to the result, the rational match of the filter precision is raised ,this match is verified by the filter pollution characteristic test. The paper puts forward two ways to advance oil cleaning and reduce part wear.First by building up several pollution control equations of oil filter system. We find that Bypass oil filtration and cleaning system that utilised can get effective result by comparing Second we think that cotton utilised as the filter medium are more effective than tranditional filter by analysising cotton chemistry constituents.
