Water is the basic elements of nature, and the basic condition for human and biological survival. Water is a renewable resource. But it is not inexhaustible. With the continuous improvement of living standards and increasing pollution prevention awareness, the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal pollution prevention work has received more attention. The author sums up the reasons for the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal ship pollution in working practice. And he thinks that the prevention of pollution from ships, boat is the key. The crew for the study of protection of water environment the mentality and behavior, the field working experience, the crew is the main responsibility for working ship pollution prevention inland maritime supervision. All the starting point and the foothold in the body, doing the mentality of the crew is still important, but also very necessary,the North Jiangsu canal as an example. Survey covers Xuzhou, Suqian, Huai’an, Yangzhou. The crew antifouling investigation form is mainly selected out in Suqian District. city is located in the north central, and the navigation is rich in resources. Suqian belonging to the province of Jiangsu water city own a important position in the navigation.This paper is mainly analyzing the status, the main content, the development of ship pollution management, and on the basis of empirical research on the boat, from the current situation of Suqian inland river ships pollution. Then the author puts forward a number of practical significance and reference value to solve the pollution problems of inland river ships. The author summarizes the survey, and analyzed the factors affecting a large number of cases.Finally, through theoretical analysis and combining with the actual situation investigation, the author summarizes the following method. First of all,people should pay attention to propaganda and training function, and improve crew’s awareness and skills of ship pollution prevention; Then making strict responsible regulation to improve the supporting facilities and the price mechanism. Government should co-ordinates the use of ship pollution prevention costs. All enterprises must buy the full implementation of the pollution liability insurance. Government should strengthen the on-site supervision. Enterprise should use many ways to improve the comprehensive quality of the crew. Government should enhancement especially the sense of social responsibility of enterprise.
