In order to guarantee safe operation of the large-scale hydraulic trackless equipment, and to avoid the sudden trouble, it is very essential to monitor the state of wear and tear and to diagnosis its trouble of the diesel engine.the ferrographic technology, spectrometric technology and the measurement technology performance index of lubricating oil as tools of wear state monitoring, combined with the actual conditions of Kai Lin Group, the application reseaches are carried out to monitor the state of wear and tear and diagnose its trouble on its main equipment,diesel engine in Model ST-6C scraper.To the working characteristics and the characteristics of common frequent occurrence trouble of the diesel engine in Model ST-6C scraper of Kai Lin group, the failure mechanism of wears and tears of the diesel engine is analyzed synthetically and deeply. To the typical trouble of " draw jar " and " draw tile " of the diesel engine , expert system and knowledge base for fault diagnosis and the "matching and reasoning rule " were set up , and deep research is carried on to acquire knowledge of expert system in fault diagnosis of diesel engine F10L413FW.From the " whole " information in the monitoring system of wearing and tearing state, the model of GM (1,1) in the grey theory was applied, and by statistics means D_L and D_S value of the ferrographic analysis, and the wear particle " whole " information included element concentration of spectral analysis were made to, probe into the common characteristics of the wear partical gathering and to predict the trend of the engine wear and tear on the basis of the forefathers studies.Referred to the domestic and international existing research results, the basic frame of state monitoring and the, system of fault diagnosis of diesel engine in Model ST-6G scraper was put forward, and simultaneously the combination of advanced instruments equipments and the software developed by ourselves has formed an integrated, high-efficient, simple and convenient system applied to the state monitoring of wear and tear of F10L413FW diesel engine. The research results of the knowledge of expert system and model of predicting trend are applied to the actual monitoring of F10L413FW diesel engine to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis. At last, the application instance of state monitoring of Kai Lin Group's trackless equipment is enumerated and the economic and social benefit was analyzed statistically since the system has been used.
