Hydraulic pressure is an important smithery mechanism. There are many problems in traditional design method such as long period, structure redundancy, high cost and lack of validation etc. Along with drastic competition, the corporations need to comprehend the distributing rule of stress and strain of hydraulic pressure in working condition and execute the structure optimization based on the results. The FEA technology in this paper is the perfect method to solve above problems.The paper introduced work principle, structure characteristic, design method and application range of hydraulic pressure;introduced the theory and method of structure optimization and FEA;introduced the status of research and application about the FEA in hydraulic pressure home and overseas. The paper put forward the route of static finite element analysis and structure optimization for the components of hydraulic pressure, performed the static finite element analysis of important components including higher beam, attained the distributing nephogram of stress and strain. The paper executed the structure optimization and amelioration based on the results of static finite element analysis.Buckling is one outstanding problem that influences the usage of steel structure. Upright pole is the component that is most possible to buckling in all components of hydraulic pressure because of its structure characteristic and boundary condition. The paper built the buckling model according to the actual restriction and force and performed the buckling analysis of upright pole. The results validate the stability of upright pole of hydraulic pressure in two different working conditions.The paper introduced the basic concept and theory of model analysis and structure dynamic analysis;performed the model analysis of the whole framework of hydraulic pressure and calculated the first ten-rank inherency frequency and corresponding vibratory-type;analyzed and estimated the first three-rank inherency frequency and corresponding vibratory-type of hydraulic pressure. The distributing situation of quality and rigidity is balanced and there is no obvious lack or redundancy region. The structure optimization has little influence to the dynamic capability of hydraulic pressure.The research of theory and method of structure optimization based FEA possess versatility and practical value and obtain the huge economy benefit and engineering value in the project of optimization design of HJY27-630 hydraulic pressure.
