| The Electric Point Machine is the terminal execution machine of the orbit switch equipment in railway system and it is an important railway electrical signal device. Generally, it is mainly used to tow the points in order to change the direction of points and to indicate the points' position. The portable Electric Point Machine Tester is a special instrument used on the spot, which is applied to test the electric point machine on the orbit. It is mainly used to tset the change of output force and current of the Electric Point Machine when it is running that an exact judgement can be easily made for workers easily.In this thesis, the whole process of designing the portable Electric Point Machine Tester based on μC/OS-II is particularly illustrated. First, the tester's requirements about operating functions and precision are analyzed;the whole design method of the tester and how to meet the requirements about the environment and precision are advanced. Then, the tester's hardware circuit and software programme are completed and all of the tester's operating functions come true.The design of software is based on the real time operating system μC/OS-II to ensure the real-time feature and stability. A Chinese characters input technique is designed for inputting correlative information about testing to communicate between human and machines. Besides, USB transmission technique is designed so that curve information and important data got in the process of testing can be transported to main computer to form database for later browsing, analyzing and researching.By testing, it is testified that all the tester's functions are satisfied as anticipation and the demand of precision is achieved in design. The testing parameters' waveform recorded by the tester is almost as same as the waveform recorded by oscilloscope. |
