This paper studies the design and the realization of HF-link inverter based on DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and combined repetitive control technique after introducing the circuit topology and the basic principles of voltage model HF-link DC/AC inverter.Beginning with analyzing the topology constructer and the basic principle of voltage model HF-link DC/AC inverter, the key technical problems of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter are studied and discussed in detail. The dynamic and static results of improved full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter are analyzed. This establishes the foundation of the theory analysis and argumentation. This paper emphasizes the design and realization of full-bridge bi-directional HF-link inverter, introduces the hardware circuits based on TMS320F240 in detail, discusses the application software that repetitive control technique tactic is adopted to achieve good dynamic and static characteristics. After finished the debugging, the experiment result is analyzed detailedly, and given the conclusion.Practical experiment validates the system of HF-link inverter. A large amount of data and results acquired from the simulations and experiments reveal that the system has a compact structure and excellent dynamic and static characteristics. |
