The speed of aeroplane engine is variational, so the electricity energy that the aeroplane generator gives off is variational frequency communion electric current. To gain the constant frequency and constant voltage communion electric current , traditionally, to carry our point, the gearing or electric power and electron device except generator by itself are adopted special methods, but these methods all exist greater defect. Now AC excitated generator based Variable-Speed Constant-Frequency technology have been adopted and achieve success in wind power generating electricity and pumping water and accumulator aspects. The AC excitated generator can improve the stability of electric power system and rotor speed can be changed and has absolute active power and inactive power regulate ability. We design a suit of aviation AC excitation generator system ,it insures the output voltage is constant frequency and constant voltage. This paper analyses the work principle of AC excitation wind power generator as shift gears and constant frequency and deduces the mathematical model in a-b-c three-phase coordinate and d-q coordinate. and analyses the relation of electro-magnetism and energy balance. After setting forth the vector control technology of AC excitation generator in detail, the core device of the excitation system named SPWM frequency inverter is studied. Finally, simulation and analyse of the whole system and control strategy are carried through in matlab/simulink soft. The results indicate that the vector control AC excitated generator has better dynamic performance and ensure the output voltage is constant frequency and constant voltage basically.
