According to the demand of the Tianjin railway signal factory, the environment monitoring system of the railway signal power supply room is developed. The system is an intelligent manage system of the low voltage electric power network with high cost performance and complete function including automatically storing data of the voltage of the power, monitoring the quality of the power and the surrounding of the power supply room. By using it, we can analyze the quality of the power, analyze the reason of different accidents, prevent from the accident happening and give an alarm in time and make a non-intelligent power screen have the effect of the intelligent power screen.Meeting the technology conditions, to reduce the price and improve the reliability of the system, we use the 8-bit single chip computer Winbond's W77F.58 as the CPU. The program is developed using both C language and MCS-51 assemble language. With the powerful function and satisfying interface such as LCD display, micro printer, LED display, keyboard handling, the system can be operated conveniently. A Superlash 39SF040 organized as 512K×8bit is expanded in the system, with which a lot of datas can be stored, such as histoty data and accident data. Based on FFT algorithm, the system can acquire the coefficients of fundamental and harmonics of the power. The algorithm is much accurate and simple, which will reduce the burden of the CPU and make process data fast. In hardware, we try to disperse each function module to avoid interfering each other, adopt photoelectric isolated technology to dispel the circuit connection. In software, the Watchdog technology is used to make the system more reliable. First, based on the single task method, we designed the system's program, and then on the RTOS system RTX51 TINY, we design the program again, which make the system's function and real time response improved greatly.Now the monitoring system has been used in the railway stations, it has been proved that the system is reliable, high cost performance and complete function, and is a effective tool which improve the manage of the railway department and electric power department, ensure the quality of the power supply, ensure the security produce, get more profit and make the train move without accident.
