| According to the demand of the Tianjin railway signal factory, the monitoring system of the railway signal power supply is developed. The system is an intelligent monitoring system that completes function including automatically storing data of the voltage of the power, monitoring the quality of the power and the surrounding of the power supply room. The system adapts the request of the signal technique development, and it realizes the combination of intelligence, information and modularization, preferably solves the demand of the equipments to expand, real time monitor and centralized management. The function is complete and install vivid, can satisfy the diverse requirements.This system uses the 8-bit single chip computer Winbond's W77E516 as the CPU. The program is developed using both C language and MCS-51 language. This system can monitor various real time parameters of the power supply system, analyze the accidents, give an alarm in time, and communicate with computer. In order to operate conveniently, the system equips the keyboard, LCD and miniature printer. The superflash 39SF040 is expanded in this system, so a lot of data can be stored. In hardware, each function module is dispersed to avoid interfering each other, and photoelectric isolated technology is adopted to dispel the circuit connection. In software, the Watchdog technology is used to make the system more reliable. The design of the monitoring system adopts the single task method and the RTOS system RTX51 Tiny and μC/OS-Ⅱ, besides their applications in this system are researched respectively.Now the monitoring system of the railway signal power supply has been produced and used, it has been proved that this system is reliable, high cost performance and complete function, and is a effective tool which improve the manage of the railway department and electric power department, ensure the quality of the power supply, ensure the security produce, get more profit and make the train move without accident. |
