High-speed and accurate communication system is one of the most key skills to guarantee the stable running of Electric Vehicle (EV). The dynamic information of controller systems of EV must be real time, Some data such as the rotated speed, direction change and the position of accelerator pedal must be shared by corresponding sub-system. But different control units has different functions, different data convert rate and also different priority control signals. So a data commumcation network with priority competing mode and high-speed running rate is needed. In the background of the need of projects, a half-duplex commumcation based on RS485, a double-duplex communication based on SPI and a CAN network inside the EV based on the hardware platform of electric driven sub-system, interface sub-system and the batteries management sub-system were represented in this paper. A real time local network with high speed inside the EV among the existing sub-systems was build and a controller network with priority control was realized.
