Automobile bring greatness advantage to people's living, also a series of problems need people to deal with. Energy conservation , environmental protection, safety are three problems which automobile industry is faced to settle down The pollutant of car exhausted is become main source of big city pollution in our country. Point to this situation our government established strict emission regulation for engine exhausted pollutant. But carburetor engine's exhausted pollutant has already inadapted this regulation, The fast development of electronic-controlled engine adapted the emission regulation and lower fuel consuming, the proportion of electronic-controlled engine automobile car in developed country is increasing. Electronic-controlled engine which is better than carburetor engine in exhausting and fuel consuming will become mainstream. Adopting electronic-controlled technology is main direction of today engine design, The ECU can accuracy control distributive value and all series of time parameter using sensor's signal, which employ the engine holding optimum position under the variety operating mode .In this way, electronic-controlled engine not only advance forcing, but also minimum the fuel consuming.Based on the reconstruction of TOYOTA electronic-controlled engine 3.0,we designed and empolered the malfunction simulation and analyze test hench. This article expounded the component, principle, control circuit and showing board character. This test hench transit the electronic-controlled engine of TOYOTA, We have achieved the function of malfunction simulation, malfunction detective, forming diagram of sensor and influence of fuel consume caused by electronic-controlled trouble by using this simulation and analyze test hench. We offered abundance detective items and convenience interface. In the same time we simulate the air-flow sensor trouble and executer trouble of engine, for example air-flow sensor, throttle position sensor, rev sensor etc. During observing, it makes automatic record of trouble phenomenon and quantitative analysis the engine malfunction influencing the performance of engine.
