Application Of Data Stream Analysis In Malfunction Diagnose For Vehicle Engine

As everyone knows,the automobile is a typical electromechanical integration product.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,all walks of life have made great progress.Automobile data flow technology is the result of electronic control system and sensor technology and actuator technology are applied in the automobile.With the development of automation,the engine fault diagnosis in the automobile gets very fast grow.The automobile data flow technology not only solves the issue of engine fault diagnosis,but also optimizes the control of automobile.Based on the reference of lots of materials and research of vehicle fault diagnosis,choose the automobile data flow analysis among of automobile fault diagnosis methods.The automobile data flow analysis is with high performance and low cost and a wide range of application.In this paper,taking automobile data flow as the object of study,the paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter of thesis introduces the history,background and kinds of automobile fault diagnosis technology.The second chapter discusses the basis of automobile data flow analysis,includes its basic concept,the form of expression,classification,acquired methods of automobile data flow analysis,and automobile data flow analysis method.In addition,the shortage of traditional fault diagnosis methods and the trait of data flow technology are also contained.The third chapter introduces electronic controlled engine and its fault diagnosis,includes the constitution,parameter analysis,and fault characteristics of electronic controlled engine,and the theory of fault self-diagnosis of electronic controlled engine.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the generating progress of fault codes and data flow,the normal steps of data flow analysis,and how to get the data flow of audi car series.The fifth chapter clearly introduces the fault examples of data flow analysis of Jetta,Cruze.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole thesis.The result of research shows that,data flow analysis technology is one of themost widely used method of the fault diagnosis of engine.Commanding the theory,detection and maintenance method of data flow analysis is very important for the students and teachers of automobile speciality.
