Road Load Transportation Problem Study

From June 20th 2004, the work of solving the over-limited and over-load transport has started, and this paper is rightly written at the same time. This paper begins from the principle of the over-limited transport, digs the root of the over-limited transport, then, it bases the principle of over-limited transport on theory. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, it gives the causes and losses caused by the over-limited transport in details in order to display the importance of solving over-limited transport. At the end of the paper, looking back on the western advanced countries' successful experience and on the basis of China's own reality, it expresses the measures of solving over-limited transport based on the principle of over-limited transport.
