Due to many benefits of cement-stabilized aggregate, good intensity therigidity and integrity, good water stability and anti-frozen, wide source, it is widely used in the base. But for the cement stabilized granular base material intensity standard still has some weakness. This article experiments through analysis, room test and constructing test road has conducted the system research to the cement intensity standard.For the strengthen index of semi rigid base, this article through orthogonal experiment analysis method, unified semi rigid base bituminous pavement modular design, analyzed the basic unit mechanics design parameter, Proposed the reasonable module scope. And through analyzing axle load which destroys to the pavement structure indicated increases semi rigid base thickness more proper than the basic unit module for heavy load path request. This research design two kind of gradations experiment, using the cement stabilization crushed stone and addictive cement stabilization. The road performance test include: compression strength, cleavage strength, rupture strength, modulus of compression strength resilience, shrinkage, fatigue test and washout test. By having above tests, it can confirm the optimum mix and design method, and analyze the 7d index of cement stabilized crushed stone, then, put forward strength index of both cement stabilized aggregate and the high performance cement stabilized aggregate.
