Cement multi-stabilized gravel base has advantage on its high strength, low cost and wide source, widely used in West of China, but in the long run, it is weak in premature destroy. Furthermore, singularity evaluating indicator and disunion test experiment are drawbacks also. With laboratory test and theory analysis, design method and property of high performance cement-stabilized grave base is systematically studied in this paper.Base on cement-stabilized gravel with additive, this paper studies on aggregate gradation to improve the performance of cement-stabilized gravel base by property and mixture structure. Meanwhile, this paper offers the decision method—coarse aggregate framework for difference mixture; moreover, by researching difference road property, this paper points out multicriteria evaluation decision method which evaluate the aggregate performance, the mixture road performance and flexibility performance after base destroy; this paper also offers the new mixture design method which base on coarse aggregate forming the framework. These conclusions are proved well in test road construction.
